Making a new FinScribe release

1. Check out Fins from CVS
2. Copy Session.pmod from ScriptRunner project
3. Check out FinsScribe from CVS
4. Copy config/dev.cfg.sample to config/dev.cfg
5. Copy dojo.js, src and associated files to static/javascripts
6. Copy Fins/* to FinScribe directory
7. rename FinScribe to FinScribe-version
8. remove packages and install.pike
9. delete CVS directories
